This was just in today so I will blog on it.This is a slap in the face to left wing hack ass liberals who believe that Affirmative Action is the proper route to equality in this nation.This is also a slap in the face to the Presidential administration of Barack HUSSEIN Obama and his nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court Appeals court justice Judge Sonia Sotomayor.
The United States Supreme Court ruled today 5-4 on a reverse discrimnation case where New Haven Connecticut Firefighters took a promotional exam where a wide range of Firefighters were offered the exam no one was left out based on race or creed.According to the Boston Heralds account of the story "The ruling faulted New Haven and the courts that upheld the city's discarding of the results of an exam in which no African-Americans scored high enough to be promoted to lieutenant or captain."
One of the courts that upheld the ruling as mentioned was the 2nd U.S.Court of Appeals in New York where Judge Sonia Sotomayor ruled in favor of the city and basically in favor of political correctness and racism.
This will give Senate Republicans who are on the Senate Judiciary Committee fresh proof of Sotomayor's racism that Obama claimed that she doesnnot have when it comes to her Senate Confirmation hearing in Washington next month as scheduled.

Well as I said this is a victory for every hard working American out there that still can believe in our system it may not always be the best but we live in the Greatest country in the world.
