There was one man who stood out among his peers in his profession.A profession where today its mainly about self and the heck with the others.But this man that I speak of it was never about him on Sunday mornings it was about covering the rough and tumble world of the American political landscape.Also to his credit this man was a leader amongst his peers as well and never afraid to let a politician spin in his presence Liberal or Conservative Democrat or Republican.If that person did he or she didn't stand a chance of running to hide.
He wrote a book in it he wrote about his Father who taught him as a young man never to give up always be accountable for yourself and your actions as well as discipline and good old American hardwork.All of these traits that his Father taught him was seen in his work day in and day out.
The Gentleman that I am talking about is no longer with us a man that brought pride and truth to the profession of Journalism and a true journalist.
