With an opening up at The United States Military Central Command now with out a Commander a perfect selection by President Bush is a no brainer General David Petraeus.
A great leader in Iraq during the phase called the "Surge" over there it lead to less attacks on American forces and more support for the U.S. as a whole by the different factions in Iraq meaning the Sunni muslims turning on al-Qaeda in Iraq.And the Shiite's in the southern portion of Iraq wanting towork more with their fellow countrymen the aforementioned Sunni's.
Let's hope that the loony liberals in the Senate confirm President Bush's nominee for the Commander at CENTCOM the Honorable General David Petraeus.
