The only way and I mean the only way that McCain will become President is for him to pick a CONSERVATIVE as a running mate.
Not that I like to adhere to the polls but they are right in this aspect that thus far in this Presidential primary election season when CONSERVATIVES (the backbone of the Republican Party)have voted in the GOP primaries (now that Hunter and Thompson are out)the CONSERVATIVE vote didnot go for McCain it went to Mitt Romney who as of this past week at the CPAC convention in Washington D.C. backed out of the running for the GOP nomination.
McCain I hate to say it needs a political reincarnation to win with us Conservatives.The media has already began to bash McCain this week stories from the AP have backed away from the Maverick label that they onced coined him as.
In ending we need to remember that McCain only won when LIBERALS and so called independents crossed over to vote in states where voters could vote as they did in the GOP primaries.
