My eyes this morning are not deceiving me.There is an actual OPED in this mornings New York Times,"More Waste Fraud and Abuse" is the title talk about being an ultra hypocrite.I know what you are thinking those three words in the title describe to a tee the relationship between the NYT (along with the lame stream leftist media) and the Democrat Party.
The OPED is about some Miami Beach arms dealer AEY is the arms dealer accused of pawning off millions of banned and decrepit Chinese made weapons cartridges via the US Army to supply the Afghan forces.
The Opinion piece starts off like this in true NYT/Democrat Party fashion"Representative Henry Waxman (D-Ca) recently asked the question for which WE WOULD also like an answer "How did a company run by a 21 year old president and a 25 year old former masseur get a sensitive $300 million contract to supply ammunition to Afghan forces?
Later in this waste of time piece it goes on to say something that is even more hypocritical than the title of the piece "The AEY fraud case followed a detailed investigation by the Times,which found the company scored the Afghan contract despite a record of failure and risky corner-cutting in a half-dozen other plum contracts."
First of all the NYT investigating anything comes in question never mind a detailed one at that.A detailed investigation to the NYT would be as follows how much can we bend and shape this story which we don't even know is the truth to fit our biased BS agenda to attack Conservatives and the GOP with.
Now on to U.S.Rep Henry Waxman (D-Ca) this is the same liberal law maker who chaired a House Committee (Waxman chairs the House Government and Oversight Committee)when the infamous Mitchell Report came out in reference to steroid and substance abuses in Major League Baseball which was :
1.)Waste because around the same time as the Mitchell Report came about the U.S.House should have been voting on the Wireless Surveillance Act to help track terrorist communications.
2.)Fraud mainly because anything that this liberal Congress has invesigated under the failed leadership of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Ca) has been null and void.
3.)Abuse that the Government should let Major League Baseball govern itself.Why Does any branch of the Federal Government have to get involved in sports?
I have a suggestion to the NYT and Democrats in general before you attempt to investigate anything or report on an invesigation learn how to be objective and learn how to report the TRUTH God knows that you cannot do both.

There was a simple civics lesson put on today by the judicial branch of our Federal Government the US Supreme Court properly interpreted (not amendmended as liberals love to want the court to do) a very important challenge to our US Constitution.Regarding the Second Amendment "A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free state,the right of the people to keep and bear Arms,shall not be infringed."
The challenge to the second amendment was brought about by a controversial gun ban law in the District Of Columbia which of course was ruled as unconstitutional today by the high court.
Unlike its recent rulings which I have blogged about to you all this is where the court can take pride in its job.

My readers know full well that I am constantly nailing the media for its blatant left wing liberal bias.But its a whole different story when the media elites know that there is a story that needs to be reported but its another thing to totally igrone it altogether especially if it doesnot agree with their leftist driven agendas.
A story that I came across yesterday while surfing the web of a black female professor by the name of Madonna Constantine a professor of psychology and education with a focus on racial issues was issued a letter from the Columbia Teachers College that she was being fired for plagiarizing a former Professor Christine Yeh as well as the work of two graduate students Tracy Juliao and Karen Cort.The allegations were investigated by a law firm from Manhattan that lasted 18 months and their investigation turned up that Constantine was guilty of plagiarisim over a five year period on as many as two dozen incidents going back to October of 2007.The story gets even better from here.
Constantine allegedly found a hangman's noose outside her office door around the same time that the allegations of her plagiariam came about last fall.In a story published in the New York Post (where was the New York Times on this one) back on February 21,2008 entitled "Noose Prof A Plagiarist" by reporters Murray Weiss and Yoav Gonen had Constantine rebuffing the police herself in thier efforts to catch the people or persons behind this alleged hate crime.Constantine was also against the great idea of posting surveillance cameras in her hallway according to sources close to Campus investigation.Constantine in the same story even had the gall to play the race card as well as her gender even more by making this statement "The school accused her of plagiarism because of "the structural racism that pervades this institution.She also went on to say "As one of only two tenured black women full professors at the Teachers College,it pains me to conclude that I have been specifically and systematically targeted."
First of all where was the New York Times on this story Oh wait I keep forgetting they only print the news thats fit to print.This story obviously didn't fit their political agenda, this is why they didn't touch the story.
Second for this professor Ms.Constantine to do what she did by plagiarizing a fellow professor and two graduate students is appauling never mind her playing the race and gender card.
I am willing to assume this as well that Ms.Constantine put the hangman's noose on her office door trying to deflect the attention that the plagiarism investigation was getting her.After all why would she interfere with the police investigation and be against those wanting to put up surveillance cameras in the hallway next to her own office.This sounds like the Duke University Lacrosse scandal all over again.

First it was political correctness then gravitas,and the famous terms of dimpled chads and pregnant chads refering back to the 2000 presidential election controversy in the state of Florida.And within the last few years of climate change to being Environmentially correct.
The liberal left wing agenda just doesnot know when to quit.They have already lost its strangle hold to all the major media outlets both on the TV and newspapers to radio.Even the wires for media outlets like the AP (Associated Press) which has as its main goal to wipe out and discredit anything that resembles the truth or Conservative out there.
Second just a few years ago liberal Democrat operatives got together to form a so called alternative to Conservative talk radio called Air America which turned out to be nothing but a huge flop.
Now the left out there is going all out on its latest "Jihad" if you will on talk radio.Barrack Obama has mentioned it John Kerry briefly mentioned this during the 2004 elections the newest liberal scam something called the FAIRNESS DOCTRINE.This is simply an all out assault on right wing talk radio due to the fact that the liberal left can't take it no more (Meaning the truth being said about them daily).What's even more disgusting this is all out assault on the first amendment rights of every American.
Whether it is Rush Limbaugh,Michael Savage or Bill O'Reily and Yes even us Political Conservative Bloggers the media and their comrads in the liberal Communist Democrats would love nothing more to use this FAIRNESS DOCTRINE crap wrapped up as what they really call "Hate Speech."

Good golly Ms.Molly.Holy Moly.The New York Times finally got something right.NYT Op-Ed columnist Thomas Friedman's quoted a truthful statement made by President Bush two years ago that America "was addicted to oil."But hold the presses anyone can get a quote correct even for once.
Friedman's piece this morning Mr.Bush Lead,or Leave is totally whacked out as usual by these idiotic liberals at the NYT.He tries to associate America's dependence on oil (as if were a drug problem) to the usual more expensive liberal fraudulent energy policies.
Calling Saudi Arabia "Our Chief oil pusher to up our dosage for a little while and bring down the oil price just enough so the renewable energy can't totally take off.Then try to strong arm Congress into lifting the ban on off shore drilling and in the ANWR.
Mr.Friedman it's because of BS socialist leftist energy policies that the Democrat party and your crap filled paper (talk about a drug pusher) pushes daily in front of the American people this is why we have to rely on foreign sources for our so called oil addiction.
Friedman continues (acting outraged) "It is hard for me to find the words to express what a massive,fraudulent,pathetic excuse for an energy policy this is.But it gets better.The President actually had the gall to set a deadline for this drug deal.
Mr.Friedman has been addicted a little too long on the NYT/Democrat Party's Communist agenda especially supporting this alternative energy BS.The President needed to set a deadline due to the fact that accountability is something that the liberal Democrat led Congress has failed to do over the last two years.
Here's a good one to end todays post Friedman stated that he bets that there are not 12 people who read his paper who could ID the Secretary of the Environmental Protection Agency in a police line up or name him.Hey Friedman I could careless who runs Bush's EPA.The real joke is that you and the NYT are lucky if 12 people read your paper everyday that has a functioning brain in thier skulls.
