Four years ago On this day Operation Iraqi Freedom began

On this day four years ago started the beginning of the end of a reign of terror and the dawning of a new era in the nation of Iraq.
The terror portion meaning the end of Saddam Hussein's regime in Iraq
and with freedom on the horizon.
Now today four years later things are not perfect as the media loves reminding us about over in war torn Iraq but now with Saddam Hussein put to death under Islamic law people have voted Shia cleric Muqtata al-Sadr is on the run in Iran hiding and proof that the recent surge is working of US troops.
From my point I was there four years ago as a soldier in The US Army reserves and prior to this I was there back in 1990-1991 with the US Marines as a young Corporal during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
Yes we are losing our brave service men and women but their lives are not lost in vain.Despite the liberal media reports and their biases Hussein did have the Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD'S) such as chemical weapons and Yes Iraq was seeking Nuclear capabilities. If he was not then why did back in the mid to late 1990's that everytime the weapons inspectors came upon a controversial site to insepct Hussein kicked them out of the country.
Then there is the Iraq/al-Qaeda connection which the media has swept under the rug all to well.
The American people want victory in Iraq not grasping defeat out of the hands of victory as the cut and run liberal Democrat Party as a whole wants to do.

Peter Lance Web Site A Must See

Investigative reporter Peter Lance who once worked at ABC News (we'll forgive him for that)is right on.His reporting is a must read and is recommended from "My Political Opinion" my blog here. His insightful reporting gets to the truth about the September 11,2001 attacks on our nation to even back in the 1990's (Yes to you liberals out there during when your Bubbah Bill Clinton was our failed President).
The web site is www.peterlance.com. Offically recommended from the blog of truth here at "My Political Opinion."

Reasons Why President Should Pardon Libby

There is no question that President Bush should pardon Lewis "Scooter" Libby and it should have been done yesterday. The media of course would be against the President no matter what he does in reference to this situation. If Libby did anything to leak the identity of one Valerie Plame nothing he did was illegal because she was never a covert agent for the CIA.
If you for example compare the situation of Sandy Berger the former National Security adviser to former President Clinton and what he did at the National Archives in stealing original classified documents as well as destroying them connected to the September 11,2001 terrorist attacks Mr.Berger is the one who should be indicted not Mr.Libby.If anything Berger should be behind bars for destruction of Government documents and not even given back his security clearence. This truely is a grotesque example of a double standard and a miscarriage of justice.
I believe in the end that Mr.Libby if his appeal is denied that the President will pardon him then. But I think as does I'm sure to most Americans out there that President Bush should pardon him soon.

 Plame Testifies before Congress

Well the scharade games began today in the US House as Former CIA(Employee not Agent) Valerie Plame testified before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. She made the false claim that the White House out of pure politics compromised her cover and identity.
In part of her bogus testimony (this I am quoting is from the Washington Post account of Plame's testimony) in true liberal fashion Her employment "was not common knowledge on the Georgetown cocktail circuit" as she made in her opening salvo.Sounds self righteous if you ask me.She also went on to say that "But all of my efforts on behalf of the national security of the United States, all of my training, all the value of my years of service were abruptly ended when my name and identity were exposed irresponsibly."BOO WHOO
go and cry at you little cocktail gatherings.
Now shortly after Ms.Plame testified a woman and criminal defense lawyer Victoria Toensing stated that Plame "was not a covert agent" under the definitions of the 1982 Intelligence Protection Act.It was Ms.Toensing who helped draft the federal law to protect the identities of certain undercover intelligence agents.

Liberals Wake Up Khalid Shiek Muhammad wants you too

It's time for the Democrats to quit the anti war crap movement within their political party. It has been reported that even Yes the same man who was behind the 911 attacks the shoe bomber Richard Reid situation and other al-Qaeda planned attacks wanted to Assassinate Former Presidents Carter and Clinton.
We as a nation need to put to death scum of the earth terrorists who want to destroy freedom and Democracy as we know it.Not by embracing it by being tolerant as the liberal left wants us to do.
Political Correctness is going to get us destroyed they already want to wipe Israel off of the map.The only way to win this war on terror is to stay consistant and keep up the heat on al-Qaeda and kill them all.
