A Tribute To A Servant Of the People Not A Politician

Todays posting is dedicated to a wonderful man whom I have respected for a long long long time.Alot of you have not heard of him unless you are from Massachusetts.
I am proud to dedicate this posting to a true American in every sense of the word. This gentlemans name is Mr.J. Michael "Mike" Ruane served in the military a wonderful family man also who served in his city's city council Of Salem,Massachusetts and went on to serve his constituents in the Massachusetts House Of Representatives where he rose through the ranks all the way to the Vice chairman of the powerful House Ways And Means Committee, even though he was a Democrat Mr.Ruane was not liberal in any way shape or form.He was a true Conservative. When it came to the people of Salem Mike was there he also was a extremely stong supporter of the elderly,Veterans, and true labor unions.
Well Mr.Ruane passed away to be with the Lord this past year.I personally compare Mike to real leaders like President Ronald W.Reagan and President Abraham Lincoln men who stood up for what was right and not afraid to do what needed to be done to achieve it.
I learned alot from Mr.Ruane on how God Blessed him in his life a Biblical Verse comes to mind from the Old Testament Book Of Psalms written By King David Of Israel taken from Psalm 1:3 (KJV) And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
I was blessed to know the likes of Mike Ruane. The people of Salem Massachusetts and the rest of the state lost a true warrior for the way to get things done.
God Bless you Mike My friend!

The Truth Coming From A Marine /Soldier

I want everone out there to know how the majority of our military feels when the American people say with their mouth that they support the troops and then turn around and embarrass themselves like little children as those anti American protestors did in our nations capital this past Saturday.
It breaks the spirit and the fighting will and the morale of our brave men and women of our Armed Forces.Yes I believe that they have the right to protest. But as the old saying goes to quote a great American President Abraham Lincoln "It's better to be thought of as a fool than to open ones mouth and remove all doubt."This is so fitting for those so called Americans that protested on Saturday.
In my humble opinion coming from a Marine and Army Veteran of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom to all you out there I don't care what your political philosophy may be especially from the left or to the right you all should be ashamed of yourselves if you say with your mouth Yeah I support the troops but don't support the mission on the war on terror. How can you call yourselves Americans!
PS To all our Military Heros Out There God Bless You All My Brothers and Sisters In Arms.

 Be Constructive Not Destructive

Todays posting will be a little different from the usual at My Political Opinion. The freedom of speech is the most valuable clause of the first amendment to our Constitution.
Whether that speech be political or about any other subject blogging or even carrying on the average everyday conversation can be done in a constructive way with out being derogatory which is to be destructive.
A good example of constructive is if I post something that another blogger doesnot agree with instead of swearing and using expletives on the comments portion of the blog make your point with out &%#@ thats destructive.
I know that it's hard for people out there on the left not to swear and get uptight I fully understand believe me I do.It's an important part of the liberal political philosophy.Whenever a Conservative brings the light to the truth out there liberals on the left can't handle it so they go into personal attacks or try to change the subject.
I want you liberals to leave comments on my blog I welcome it.But as a sign of tolerance which you all love to preach on quit being mean spirited with the swearing and so forth.Oh! thats right you accuse us Conservatives all the time of mean spiritedness.
In ending remember what Eric Clapton said in his song "Before you accuse me Take a look at yourself."

Protestors Have Right to look stupid As well

This past Saturday The Communist hate America crowd was out and about in full force to protest the war on terror and the brave service members up in Washington D.C.
I agree as does everyone with a brain that the first amendment the freedom of speech clause. But they also have the right to make themselves look like total idiots as they protest by not knowing what they are protesting about. On one had they claim to support the troops at the same time hate the President for doing the right thing.
The usual suspects were on hand Sean Penn to Jane ''Hanoi Jane''Fonda who I now call al-Qaeda Jane.
These are wishy washy Democrats who at every turn claim to be the political party that embraces tolerance and diversity but in reality are self loathing, self righteous race baiting left wingers.

 Scooter Libby Is No Leaker

It all started with the Joe Wilson/Valerie Plaine ordeal.Former Ambassador Joe Wilson who claimed that when Saddam Hussein was dictator in Iraq that Hussein was not trying to purchase that is called "yellow cake" uranium from the African country of Niger.Wilson also claimed that Iraqi government did not possess WMD's (Weapons of Mass Destruction).Wilson's goal was to embarrass the Bush Administration. When all that failed Lewis "Scooter" Libby Vice President Dick Cheney's Chief of Staff at the time was accused of leaking to the syndicated coulmnist Robert Novak and blowing the cover of one Valerie Plaine who was supposedly a covert agent with the CIA who also happens to be the wife of the aforementioned Joe Wilson.
As it turned out Valerie Plaine did work for the CIA BUT not as a covert agent just as a regular civilian employee at the agency.Today the media frenzy has gotten out of control.
What gets me and other bloggers around the country is that since the liberal media is making such a big deal over this Libby thing why aren't the media going after former Clinton Administration National Security Advisor Sandy "Burglar" Berger for stealing classified documents from the National Archives in reference to the Clinton Administrations connections to the September 11,2001 attacks on our nation.A double standard if you ask me big time.
Hypocrisy still reigns it's ugly head in the media and the Democrat Party.
